How To Manifest Your Dream Life Through Scripting

Scripting is a technique used as a way to manifest your desires by literally writing a script for yourself. Look at it this way, imagine you are the director of a film you’re working on and you’re also the main character for this film, you’re going to need a script to follow in order to tell the story, right? To script is to write that story for yourself in as much detail as possible the way you want it to ‘play out’. Set the scene, describe what you do for a living, what car you drive, if you travel the world, how often you travel, whether you’re in a happy relationship or happily single, how much money you earn a year, what your hobbies are. The idea is that when you script it makes you feel good. When you’re scripting avoid talking about what you don’t want and focus more on what you do want to attract.

When is the best time to script?

Although there are no specific rules on when to script, I find writing techniques of this kind the most effective just before going to bed. It’s the perfect way to end the night before you completely switch off with no distractions that you would have in the day, you may even find you end up dreaming about what you’ve scripted. More importantly is how to script, keep reading to find out how to get the most out of scripting.

How to script

Script in the present tense

Write your script in the third person and as though it is happening now, if you write is as though it is in the future, in the future it will stay. Scripting in the third person will look something like this:

Patrice is a talented and well respected writer, she lives on the outside of the city with her two dogs in a beautiful semi-detached home filled with lots of plants and flowers…

Be specific

The more detailed you can be the more powerful your manifestation. Use your imagination to really bring your vision to life, script it the exact way you want it to be. It should start looking like this:

In the morning Patrice wakes up early, has a workout, meditates for 20 mins, and then reads a few pages of her book before getting showered and dressed ready to begin the day. Patrice usually wakes up feeling happy and content as she enjoys her job and loves that work is fun for her, helping to inspire and motivate her fast growing community to become the best version of themselves. Feel the words you are using

If you’re not aware of this yet, I’ll let you know now, the law of attraction works at its best and fastest when emotions are involved. Don’t expect to script with your mind on auto pilot and immediately see results, you might be waiting a while. Feel the feelings of how the main character ( you) is feeling as you write the script. Use your five senses to put yourself directly in the scene of your script. What can you hear, see, smell, taste and feel? Get in there and have fun with it, this is your life after all.

Close your script with gratitude

End your script by being thankful. To receive your desires you must feel the feelings of gratitude, this is a great way to round off and close the script.
